 The Deerfield Lions’s Car show is Scheduled for August 24 2008. This is our main Fundraising event for the year. Lion Peter James has been in charge of this event for many years, and has done a great job at facilitating this event. We can’t do it without the help of our faithful sponsors and the members of the club. This event is held rain or shine. We thank everyone who has pulled together their efforts in the past car shows and look forward to another great year.

The Deerfield Lion’s Club gave a gift of 500 dollars to the Food Bank of Western Mass. on Dec 19th. The money was raised through the Annual Antique Auto Show that the Lion’s hold in August. The article can be found in the Jan 5th edition of the Greenfield Town Crier.
